As a medical cannabis pioneer, I was shook when the hemp CBD craze took over. And let me tell you, there’s no one reigning over the hemp world. But fear not, my fellow CBD enthusiasts, because TONIC has been my go-to for years.

I had the pleasure of chatting with the mastermind behind TONIC, Long Island native Brittany Carbone, and let me tell you, she’s a force to be reckoned with. Not only does she grow and harvest her own hemp, but she also processes and formulates her own products. Talk about a boss move.

Back in 2017, Carbone was one of the few independent CBD brands growing their own hemp. And she didn’t stop there. She was also a trailblazer in the cannabis community, making appearances at events and connecting with others looking to enter the legal cannabis and hemp game.

But Carbone’s mission goes beyond just creating top-notch CBD products. She’s all about empowering people to grow their own cannabis at home and connecting with other like-minded individuals. In fact, she even helped New York’s first legal shop, Housing Works, stock their shelves with trusted and licensed brands.

And let’s not forget about TONIC’s THC line, which includes vapes, gummies, and pre-rolls, now available in New York dispensaries. But for me, their CBD face oil is still the holy grail of weed-related skincare.
